All goods shipped FOB Baltimore, MD via FedEx. Ground unless otherwise specified. Freight charges will be added to your invoice unless using customer shipper number or otherwise negotiated.

All goods are billed in US Dollars at the prevailing exchange rate. Customer to absorb all duties and entry fees.

All of our items are tested against the most up-to-date, comprehensive, and rigorous set of safety criteria—the CE standard adopted by the European Union. Additionally, wherever there are specific US safety requirements—such as those for art supplies, balloons, balls, and liquid items—we comply with these as well.

• $200 minimum order/re-order per shipping address.
• $350 minimum order to open a Net 30 Account.
• All orders subject to acceptance by Zoologee.
• All purchase orders must be signed by an authorized buyer.
• Customer must submit a resale or tax-exemption certificate prior to shipment.

We prefer that our customers pay 1st orders by credit card at the time of shipping. Basic terms of Net 30 may be granted with an approved credit application. However, for Net 30-day terms to be granted, you must also give us a credit card (VISA. MC, DISCOVER, AMEX) to hold on file. This card will only be used if an invoice payment is not made on time. A late charge of 2% per month/18% per annum will be charged to all past due invoices and balances. If an account is beyond terms, any new orders will not be shipped until the account is made current. NSF checks are subject to a $35.00 service charge. No authorization for return can be given for past-due accounts. No deductions are allowed for past-due accounts.

• Custom Orders may not be canceled.
• Custom Orders requiring custom hangtags or ticketing may not be returned.
• Orders for immediate delivery may not be canceled.
• Orders for future delivery must be canceled in writing at least 15 days before the requested ship date.
• If backorders are not accepted this should be stated explicitly on the order.
• If goods have a cancel date this should be stated explicitly on the order.
• Our minimum shipping value for backorders is $50.00.
• Please be clear whether cancel dates indicate when an order must be shipped/received.

• No unauthorized returns will be accepted.
• All returns and/or adjustments must be authorized in advance.
• If the shipping box is noticeably damaged, please file a claim directly with the carrier.
• All other claims must be filed directly with Zoologee within 14 days of receipt of goods.
• All sales are final.
